Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the massive use of chinstraps, I wanted to do something different and out of the traditional, so I thought of designing this mask in the form of an angry dog's muzzle, I hope you like it and any doubt or adjustment do not hesitate to contact me, the idea is that in the face of so much crisis play and have fun taking care of yourself.
The mask must be welded with a traditional soldering iron inside to make it airtight (you can use various glues or poxypol, but due to its toxicity I think it is best to weld it) With the use of a disposable soda bottle (use the part of the label that is flat) to design the filter cap, the idea of the filter was originally to use the round shaped cottons commonly used for deflasking (I tried it and it works well), if it is too much filter, it can be replaced by a cloth or the material of a common chinstrap. I also recommend putting some eva rubber or something soft on the top edge where it makes contact with the nose so that it doesn't have a solid contact and that it hurts over time.
The files are uploaded in direct *.gcode format for printing, with a standard measurement of 12 centimeters from nose to chin.
This is due to the fact that the original model is in a small scale to which I have not been able to adjust it to the corresponding measure and if I did it through the CURA program.
I attach the model in *.obj in case you need to adjust the average, if you need any modification do not hesitate to contact me and I will do it
the attached files are divided by 3 types of parameters
