FlexFit Mask Rev 8.1

Did you 3D print this model?

3D model description

We went through a few iterations to come up with a comfortable mask. There will be one more iteration that changes the top portion of the nose a little bit to make it more comfortable.

The seal is designed to flex a bit and conform to your face. We tested several different profiles and came up with one that we felt worked best. We recommend printing with Semi-Flex filament.

This model is improved to have minimal overhangs and should not require support.

3D printing settings

Print mask in flexible material and the filter in PLA. If printing the whole mask in PLA, scale the filter to 98%
