3D model description
I decided to make one of these myself after trying some of the other ones that are available in the 3D printing world with no luck. Either they were too long or too short or the tabs weren't strong enough or the button is in a bad spot.
This one fits my 93 e36 coupe just fine.
3D printing settings
It'll fill a 250x250 build plate.
Use a material like PETG, PETG-CF, or ASA for durability and temp resistance.
Print with exposed side flat on build plate.
Textured build plates give it a nice finish that match the sun visor material pretty well.
Note: if you’re able to use PETG or PETG-CF, this material will make it extremely durable and heat resistant.
