3D model description

Fully 3D printable Cromwell Mk.IV in scale 1/16

Detailed, full of functions and easy to build (print).
Here is everything what you need to build RC Cromwell.
(Excepting hardware and electronics, of course)

This model contains very small and detailed parts.
Most of the parts have to be printed with the 0,3mm nozzle.
Some of the most detailed parts was designed for SLA printers.
Versions of this parts for the FDM printers are available,
but they are simplified and thicker.

1/16 Cromwell contains 217 basic STL files
and 122 alternate parts.
You have to print 598 parts and use 850 pieces
of various hardware.

Cromwell can be equipped with various electronics and functions, its your choice.
You can build cheap and simple RC model,
or vehicle full of attractive functions.
Please, read Assembly and Printing Guides for more details
about kit.

Cromwell is coming with:

  • 3 functional headlights

  • possibility to use four different types of motor for turret rotation

  • possibility of connecting a smoke generator to the exhaust

  • built-in track tensioners

  • working and adjustable suspensions

  • cannon equipped with servos for recoil and aiming.

  • all hatches on the model are openable.
    A total of 23 different hatches and covers.
    If you do not want to use these options, you can simplify printing and production by using an alternative part for the version without openable hatches.

  • the rims of the drive wheels can be printed from flexible material.
    At the same time, you have a simple one-piece wheel at your disposal, in case you do not want or cannot print from flexible materials.

  • preparation for FPV camera in the driver’s hatch.

  • alternative parts for simplified build

  • special versions of some of the detailed parts for DLP/SLA printer

I have spent lot of time developing this kit to deliver my best.
