3D model description

I created these panels to represent the concrete panels used at level crossings where the road crosses the railway. Panels like these are used on the real railway so that they can be easily lifted to allow access to the track for maintenance.

They are designed for use with Peco Streamline O gauge track. I haven't tried them with any other track brands.

The photos show the panels installed on my own 7mm/ft or 1/43 scale O gauge model railway.

In the 6ft between tracks, where the shape may not be a regular rectangle I used 2mm card painted to match.

Sliced in Lychee and printed on my Anycubic Photon Mono X using Siraya Tech fast resin.

I've been a modeller ever since my first Airfix kit when I was about 5 years old. I've built all kinds of models over the years but my main modelling interests these days are O gauge model railways and 1/32 scale aircraft. I bought my first 3D printer at the end of 2020 and I've been having fun learning how to create some of the items that would otherwise be difficult to make by more traditional methods.

As I thought others might also be able to make use of the things I've created I've uploaded them here for people to download and use for their own models for a small fee. Everything that I've uploaded has been successfully printed on my resin printer.
