Wanhao Duplicator 9 D9 Hiwin MGN Series Linear Rails MGN12H Carriage upgrade V1

I've Made this carriage with the intention of using 2 x MGN Linear Rails and MGN12H carriages to replace the standard V-Slot system on the Y axis.

You'll need two of them.

They allow a totally reversible linear rails upgrade for the Y axis on the D9...

Fits the printer and works perfectly

you can even re-use the original limit switch by screwing it on the side of the 2020

After a few weeks of being on the printer, there's a subtle improvement on the smaller stuff I've printed, mainly the front and rear of prints, the vertical faces are definitley straighter, the layers stacked on top of each other in a more uniform manner!

Noise is slightly reduced I think.

X axis tensioner
X and Y axis belt improvement to reduce ghosting!

This was for a D9-300.
There's no easy way of making this 'lower' to avoid the trapezoidal effect on the drive belt. combine with my X axis bracket, or one of the others out there to help with this.

The stock D9 has the belt in poor alignment, with my bracket and this mod, it's slightly better.
if someone made a mod to mount the MGN Blocks on the side of the 20x20 then the problem would go away
