After multiple unsuccessful search to find this support for the 3dTouch sensor, I modeled, created and tested it.
It is robust and fits very easily on the original prusa i3 pro w printer. No need to look for it anymore and it's going to be a hit.
3D printing settings
To print in optimal conditions, it is advisable to do it with supports, with a resolution of 0.2mm, a speed of 50%, a filling rate of 90% and with a PLA filament 210°C.
To assemble: 1st step, you just need to have 2 M3 x 16 screws with its 2 M3 nuts to fix the sensor on the modelled support.
2nd step, fix 2 screws M2.5 x 16 on the fan (see picture)
