Sonic Pad Holder Creality Ender 5S1 Ender 3V2 and Others

Since I have installed an LED rail on the top of the front, the sonic pad does not fit on top. Also, I have a plexiglass enclosure around the printer so I came up with this system.

It can be rotated and swiveled in almost all directions.

It is a thoughtful stable mount for the sonic pad to 3d printer. Printed and mounted by myself. I designed this for an Ender 5S1 but will fit any other printer that has the proper frame profile. It can be mounted on the right side as well as the left side.

I have chosen extra M6 screws so that it remains stable even if the printer vibrates.

Also, M6 screws in this length are easier to get than others.

I designed it so that you need supports minimally for 2 parts. All others do not need supports when printing.

Pictorial instructions on how to place the parts on the print bed are included for each part.

I printed this with the Ender 5S1 at a speed of 120 mm/s so the print time is kept within limits.

I printed the whole thing in PLA with a fill density of 15%. However, I recommend printing here with 20% fill.

Important: it can be used on both sides if you mirror the Sonic Pad holder in Cura.

2 screws M6 x 65 or 70 long hexagonal

1 screw M6 X 50 long hexagon socket

3 nuts M6 best lock nut

2 M4 screws and M4 T-slot to attach to printer frame

Please note this is for the frame of the Ender 5S1''(2040Profile screwed on the 20 side). Also fits me on the Ender 3 V2 should also fit all 20er profiles
