Shelf Display Rack for 1x4 Boards

This is a Shelf Display Rack I created because I needed to display my 3D Printed Items at a local Craft Show. For years I had been using heavy wooden boxes or large pegboard displays. I needed something that could be taken apart for easier travel. So I created this Shelf Display Rack and I even added Usb Powered Uv Lights underneath to show off Glow in The Dark Prints!

Fits Minimum 220mmx220mm Build Plates. It comes with two files to make a short 2 tier Shelf. Slide in any length of 1x4 Boards to make your own custom shelf. Bottom Shelf uses two boards and the Top Shelf uses 1 Board. There are circle cut outs on the bottom shelf too stick on rubber pads (13.5mm)

Example in Pics is 36" Long 14.5" Tall (7.5" First Shelf Height)

Bonus: I've included the Clip I made for the Uv Light Bar I used in the pictures. This light bar is called "Black Light Bar 2 Pack, 10W 1ft USB Portable UV Led Blacklight" on Amazon by greenic or u4glory or any similar brand.

• Mar 20, 2023 : I planned a big update with a new 3-Tier Display with several additions but some of the prints failed. These will have to wait for another time. However I did complete the Extension (To add a new Middle Tier - 5 total 1x4s will be needed) and I updated the UV Clip (V2) for those that use it to be more sturdy. This new Extension requires a printer with a larger Build Plate as its size is 200x230mm.

Print in PETG 0.4 Nozzle 0.2/0.4 Layer Height/Width. I used 4 Walls 20% Gyroid Infill and a brim to keep the print from lifting in the corners.
