3D model description
this is a self-aligning bushing mount that uses the same footprint as the standard mounting block. it allows for imperfect base plates. the ring/ball is a press fit for standard 15mm linear bearings or bushings. i printed the rings in PLA and the base in PETG, although PLA should be fine for both. the file is drawn for 4mm tapping of the mounting holes, but can easily be widened for bolt and nut.

PLA 190, 40mms, .2 layer height, infil 30.
PETG 230, 30mm/s, .2 layer height, infil 30
