3D model description

Sanding block to hold sandpaper for hand sanding.

Measures 10cm (L) x 6cm (W) x 3cm (H).

Threads are custom trapezoidal shape with 45 deg overhang angle when printed vertically so most FDM printers should be able to handle them.

Threaded parts may be a tight fit initially, but thread surfaces should abrade to give a snug fit over time.

3D printing settings

Recommendation: Print the base portion with 50% or higher infill for structural rigidity.

Threaded parts best printed at 0.16mm layer height or smaller.
