3D model description

Reusable respirator mask with eyes protection.

Mask can be used with HEPA filter or you can print the provided frames for building any other DIY filter (with cotton disks, for instance).
You can use acetate (or any transparent plastic from a diposable bottle or an office folder) to make the "glass" cuts. Once fitted, glass can be sealed with silicone.
A PDF file is included for printing the acetate (or plastic) cuts for the glass.
Headbands can be replaced with elastic fabric.

Even thought it´s not medical grade and has not certification of any kind, this mask can be used as protection against COVIR-19 when you don´t have any other option. Use at your own risk.
Don´t hesitate to print this mask for you, or to provide to whoever you think may need it.

3D printing settings

Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 20% (at least)

You should print the following:
1 mask,
1 filter case,
2 frames,
1 headband1,
1 headband2,
1 headband3 (at least. According with the diameter of your head).
Headbands can be replaced with any elastic fabric.

Mask requires supports but Filter, frames and headbands don´t need any.
For printing the mask, position the piece as on picture and use supports. I also recommend to use Brim.

Mask and filter case were printed in black PETg and frames in silver PETg. Color change was just for estetics purposes but PETg was chosen for its elasticity for the filter case to fit better on mask. Headbands were printed on orange fluo Flex.
If you don´t have flexible material or you are not able to print with it, avoid to print headbands with rigid material and replace them with any elastic fabric instead.
I think the best would be to print the mask and the headbands with TPU or any flexible material for better face fitting and the filter case on PETg or PLA. But I did´t had enought Flex, besides I think the orange fluo is quite akward to wear on the face :) so this combinations has not been tested.
