This facial mask frame is designed for those who don’t have enough disposable masks. You could change the air filter inside after use. The frame could be disinfected for repeat use.

You could find files of 4 sizes (S-XL). They're only different in sizes and has no relation to clothing sizes, you could test print and adjust the size to perfectly fit your face. Normally S for kids.

We recommend flexible material like FDM ABS, SLS/MJF nylon or Flexible SLA Resin.

Also you could add names on the mask or change colors for distinction.

Please note that this is not designed for medical use!
Purpose: Prevention of aerial droplets for mouth and nose

Components and recommended material:
- Cover & filter fix piece: please use non-toxic material.
- Seal: 4mm foam or silicone band for improved airtightness and softer skin touch.
- Replaceable air filter: any brand is ok. Please make sure it’s bigger than the frame for better coverage of your mouth and nose.
- Elastic band: any elastic band or rope you could find would be ok.

3D printing settings

We used industrial SLA 3D printer, so no need to split the parts for printing. But if you use FDM printers, you can either add many supports to print in one unit, or split it into 2 sections from the middle and print it with less supports.
