I created this case in Autocad, with the need to put a raspberry Pi 3 w/ an attached hard drive in the back of a monitor and convert it to a cheap AIO, my plan is to use the disk instead of the SD, following a tutorial by explainingcomputers. Tried first seeking the web for such a kind of case but could not find a stilish one like I was having in mind.
I tried my best to reduce material usage in order to make it cheap. Maybe I can give it another round some day!
Hope you enjoy it as I enjoyed this couple of days designing it. Prints in 8 hours, consists in 3 parts, and needs some screws (7 small plus 4 for the raspberry itself) in order to keep is assembled.
It has internal space to hold a keyboard&mouse usb dongle, a perfect AIO for cheap!
Update 10/8/18: Update intermedio to v1.1, just a minor fix to left side lock plate which was weak and I made it wider.
In these few days exploring 3d printing, I found a perfect oportunity for improving my autocad skills and learn to consider in depth general design issues. My feeling is that 3d printing will improve the way humans develop things. We are experiencing just the begining!
