3D printer file info

3D model description

Here is a complete custom enclosure for the PRUSA XL 3D printer. The package includes a complete assembly STEP file if you need to make any adjustments, STL files of all 3D printed parts, and DXF of the 1/4" thick acrylic parts that need to be laser cut. Each acrylic part has it's own drawing (some parts need multiples. see the notes in the drawing). 3D models of all the hardware is include in the STEP file for reference. 3d model of PRUSA XL printer not included.

As a note, the t-slot inserts from McMaster are not an exact fit. I did have to grind them a bit so they could be installed. Other hardware, like the one provided by Prusa is probably available.

The largest acrylic piece (upper side panel) that needs to be laser cut is roughly 18.64" x 27.22"
