3D model description
This is a modular x-carriage.
The base-plate, belt-holder and bearing-holders (see remix sources) can be printed separately and are assembled using 3mm screws and nuts.
Furthermore, the distance of the bearing-holders can be adjusted from around 44,5mm to 45,5mm in order to fit them perfectly onto the linear rods. This helped me reduce my x-axis wobble a lot.
You can use either 4 LM8UU or 2 LM8LUU bearings.
In my case the fit of the bearing holders was so tight, that i didn't even have to fix the bearings using screws.
The distance of the extruder mount holes is 30mm for the ones in the center (through the belt-holder) and 23mm for the other holes. All holes have a diameter of 3mm.
For the assembly you will need 3mm screws and nuts.
The screws to attach the bearing-holders should be exactly 8mm long.
The 2 screws to attach the belt holder should be around 20mm long.
You will need 2 3mm nuts for the belt-holder and each bearing-holder.
2019-06-01: added better titan extruder mount (removed the old one)
Note: i haven't tested the titan extruder mount thoroughly yet. I just printed it and am now printing with it. So far there were no problems.
You will need two 3mm screws with 35mm length to attach the titan extruder mount.
