It is a press for filtering, in the home preparation of milk and vegetable cheeses: soybean, coconut, etc.

3D printing settings

Although most preparations are cold filtered, it is advisable to print it on PETg because of its greater resistance to water and temperature, in addition to the fact that PETg is food grade. In any case, PLA also gives good results, although it may not be totally waterproof and if it is washed with very hot water it could become deformed.

The printing does not require any media and can be printed perfectly in a resolution of 0.2.

For the cylinder, if a 20% infill is used, a wall thickness of at least 0.8 or 1mm is recommended (In Cure, Shell/Wall Line Count = 4 or 5) and otherwise print directly with 100% infill, although this may cause you to use more material than necessary in the filter base.
