3D model description

This is a g19 or pf940c polymer80 style lower that uses p80 rails. These rails are now available on there web sight for 55 dollars. That is correct!! No more difficult times trying to assemble one of these. All you'll need to complete this is the p80 rails, a lower parts kit and a complete slide kit. Also if you are short one pin in the end a drill bit cut to length will work as well. Enjoy!

IMPORTANT!
This file will only work with a printed mag release unless you choose to shave yours down. The printed one works great so just print it! I fixed this issue in the upgrayedd file if you choose to use oem parts. However there isnt a joker stipple on that file. If you would like it or any other stipple just let me know!

3D printing settings

Your able to print this using PLA+. I prefer E sun or Inland brand from micro center since there the same filament.

Orientation - Two ways to choose.
Mag well down on a slanted 45 so the inside of the gun is clean and it will fit on an Ender 3 bed
OR
Completely upside down parallel to the bed. This will ensure a very clean body once the inside is cleaned up. It will take a bit more time to clean however it does work.
Infill - 100% Always on firearm lowers as well as other parts
You can choose infill pattern. I personally use Quarter Cubic for strength.
Temps - 220 Nozzle and 60 Bed
Tree Supports touching buildplate only using cura are required for best results.
I make supports only touch the build plate and i keep density below 10 percent using zig zag pattern for the supports.
Print speeds just make sure there around 45mm - 55 mm at most! Slow speed with higher temps will make layers adhere much better.
