3D model description

A fully usable weight optimized g-clamp. Simulated and modeled in Fusion 360.

Print the clamp laying flat on the side for best strength.
Print the screw standing with the ball on top and the pad on its flat/square patterned side.

Use supports for clamp and screw. Remove support interfering with the threads in your slicer if possible.

The parts are solid modeled with the weight optimized shape as reference. Organic shape also available, add the thread manually in your slicer. This is harder to print, I suggest you print it standing with supports.
