3D model description
This kit allows the NCS bed frame to fit the Maker Farm i3V 12"
Recommend purchasing 4 more wheels for stability
Highly Recommend Printing all the parts before swapping beds
may need additional screw and nuts and possibly couple of longer ones
some drilling is required for adapter
end caps can be used to replace wood caps original rail mounts are intact
leave comment for any changes needed as I don't have a Makerfarm to fit this to
Purchase Steel NCS bed carriage
http://ncspecialties.com/computers/customcomputers/3dprinter/bedcarriage/ Cut your own bed by downloading NCS P3steel printer Free DXF and pull the bed from it
3D printing settings
print the printed parts before disassembly of printer for upgrade
due to nature of these parts recommend PLA
Motor mount cap should fit on print bed if place diagonal will not fit smaller print bed to print
use adapter as template to drill the needed holes in main frame
end caps can be used with either bed good for replacing broken parts
wheel screws need to be about 3mm shorter then originals
1, openbuilds store would have correct screws for mount to 3mm thick material
use search word NCS for other NORTH COUNTRY SPECIALTIES recommended prints for the NCS PRUSA i3v Steel
