Because I don't have the correct thread of the pushfit, I've created this adapter. It takes a PC4-M10 pushfit (like the one on the china E3D bowden version) and screwed on a M6 thread of the MK7 (MK8?) extruder.
I don't know, if it will be strong enough. The weakest point is between the M6 thread and the M10 section. For the long term, you should grab one of these fittings: https://goo.gl/K0rPgI
How to support me?
Do you like my things and do you want to support me? You can use these links if you want to buy something. This helps me doing more things. Thanks!
I printed it with a 0.4mm nozzle and set the extrusion width manually to 0.35mm, instead of 0.48mm. I used 4 perimeters.
Drill 2mm through the filament hole. Clean all the debris.
Screw the Pushfit on the adapter. I used a 10mm wrench for the Pushfit and universal pliers for the adaper (teeth part). Screw the Pushfit deep enough in.
Screw the adapter on the extruder. Not to tight, otherwise the adapter will break at the weak point.
I like to create things to save money and time. Wherever possible, I try to use aspects of ecological design. As a full-time software developer and pragmatic solution designer my focus is on the creation of customizable things.
