3D model description
MAKITA 18V work light (LXT battery model)
*With or without voltmeter *.
Vertical printing.
Without support or with support and 85° overhang angle.
The Makita battery has the particularity of having very long contacts.
I think I've found a fairly simple way to make them.
You need a piece of copper tube of 18 MM diameter.
Cut two sections of 10 MM. (preferably with a saw and not with a tube cutter)
Unfold, flatten, a shot of file and here is at the right size! (see photo)
Be careful not to drain the battery under 15 Volts! There is no security on this lamp.
Solder together the red and yellow wire of the voltmeter.
Connect the voltmeter in parallel to the LED
2 wood screws 3 x 16 mm
2 Nylstop nuts
