3D model description
MAKITA 18V work lamp (battery model BL 1850)
**With or without voltmeter.
Without support or with support and 85° overhang angle.
The Makita battery has the particularity of having very long contacts.
I think I've found a fairly simple way to make them.
You need a piece of copper tube of 18 MM diameter.
Cut two sections of 10 MM. (preferably with the saw and not the tube cutter)
Unfold, flatten, a blow of file and here is to the good dimension! (see photo)
Be careful not to drain the battery under 15 Volts! There is no security on this lamp.
Solder together the red and yellow wire of the voltmeter.
Connect the voltmeter in parallel to the LED
2 wood screws 3 x 16 mm
2 Nylstop nuts
3D printing settings
With stand and 85° overhang angle for the volt model.
STLs are rotated in the correct direction for printing.
