So I decided to print it, the most difficult thing is to find the aluminium profile that slides in the original groove.
For my saw it is a 20 x 10 mm aluminium U-profile, the height of 10 mm has been filed down to 7 mm.
The bolts or nuts under the profile are embedded in 2-component glue (green paste on the picture)
I added the nut holder for printing.
The two holes on the vertical part allow to screw a martyr or longer part.
I used a square head bolt M6, a bolt M5, 2 nuts and 2 washers...with the small ALU profile and the printing all comes back to less than 5 € :)
Small remark at the time of my personal impression: there was a power cut, I thus resumed the impression thereafter, but my printer shifted the axis Y has the resumption...or the small staircase...as it works well...pfffffff had not the courage to remake an impression.
3D printing settings
