Hi Guys!

Im Retro D, And this is The "Retro D - Galeforce Aux cooling System"

I recently bought myself the Creality Auxiliary fan cooling kit.
However, I noticed it was Lacking a few things.

It was heavy, had no duct and performance was terrible.

After many Test runs and revisions, I was finally able to present you with this absolute beauty!

-Lightweight (the original was metal)
-Added a streamlined Duct to direct the air-flow
-Can use all the original Screws that came with the Creality one. Or just use 3m screws.
-Can print in one piece
-Extra long arms for more adjustment.
-Dual holes on sides for optional mounting.
-Mounting holes on top for the original board to connect to.
-Fans can be mounted without screws (but screws are recommended)
-Can mount Original Grills.

Materials needed.
The easiest way is to get the Creality 3fan aux cooling.
To use the parts. It's quite inexpensive now. It comes with a nice fan speed regulator.
But let's be honest. You're going to keep it at max anyways.
So you probably don't need it.
m3 screws and nuts.

Or you can get 3x 5020 axial fans link them and connect to an unused 24v connection on the motherboard or power supply.
The 5020 axial fans need to be 24v or you'll have to downgrade the voltage to the requirements of the fans you get.

You need to pair this with a high-flow hotend.
I'm currently using the new ceramic one for the Ender 3 s1 pro.

Was able to hit 600mm/s+ Global speed with my Ender 3 S1 Pro.
Was tested with the Creality High flow Kit (Spider Hotend)
Currently Testing with the new s1 pro, Ceramic Hot-End.

Some Notes for assembly and materials:

-8x (m3x12) (for securing the duct to the fan bracket module.) If the fan bracket/module doesn't line up, rotate it 180 degrees.

-To secure it to the gantry, you can use the original screws, holding the gantry in place.

-To hold the arms to the Fan bracket, first insert a 3m nut into the designated place on the inside. this will ensure a secure structure.

You have to Add fans to the printer's Power supply. Its really easy, however, Creality Has a manual on how to do so for their Aux fan in the box it comes in. I would suggest copying that process. If you do not know how to connect to the power supply or you are not comfortable with the Creality manual then please let a professional do it for you. as you do it at your own risk.

3D printing settings

I printed at 0.3 layer height.
whatever infill, 15 % will do.

you need to use support for the first half.
After that it has 45-degree inclines for the duct part, so you should be able to print that part without supports easily.
