Full size SD card reader mod for Sovol SV06 / SV06 Plus

I added a more accessible, full-size SD card slot to my SV06 Plus. The original microSD card option is very inconvenient. I also use OctoPrint, but sometimes printing directly from the SD card is more convenient, especially for frequently printed items.

I designed the holding bracket to fit the upper frame of the printer and the SD Card reader case.

The light weight cable tunnel is designed to hold the ribbon cable to the left frame of the printer, it snaps on the frame, holding the cable in place. It's a 6 inch (140mm) piece, that can be printer vertically.

Since I don't have a regular (non-Plus) version of the SV06 I included shorter versions of the cable tunnel (3 segment = 105mm, 2 segment = 72mm, 1 segment = 39mm). Likely the 1 or 2 segment will fit the SV06.

Both pieces are light weight and snap into place. Both parts are designed to print without supports. Use a large brim for the cable tunnel, which is printed vertically.

Use PETG or PLA.

I recommend to lightly soften the plastic of the bracket using a heat gun or hair dryer, before snapping it onto the frame of the printer to avoid breaking it, especially if you used PLA.
