You may glue some foam onto the roll, if you prefer a softer material. Or you may print the roll using tpu or alike.
Use 2x M3 screws to fix the roll. No need to overtighten. If you add a washer, it will roll a bit smoother. If it makes squeaking noise, just add some oil to the grip holes.
Regardless of your level of fitness, fascial rolling exercises can give you a number of benefits. Using fascia training tools, will help you relieve pain in the muscles and soft tissue.
