Flexible, strong and comfortable face shield with rivets for a better hold.

Ideal for long work shifts.

For A4 Transparency films.

10mm height version:
• Holes for round elastic strap
• Printing time: about 1 hour

17mm height version:
• Holes for elastic band strap
• Printing time: about 2 hours

Remember that this is a non commercial design, please do not sell this item.

Not medical tested.

We also included the Autodesk Fusion 360 files, if you need to adjust some features depending on your needs :)

3D printing settings

Settings we used:

Layer height: 0.3mm
Infill: 20%
Top solid layers: 2
Bottom solid layers: 2
Perimeter shells: 2
No supports needed

Infill for rivets: 100% (for better result, choose include solid diaphragm every 1 layer)

Rivets can be reused, you can remove them with a pen cap
