3D model description
A portable wind turbine that you can adapt to whatever you want, here it is mounted on a small box to recover some energy thanks to a small generator. It's up to you to be inventive.
It is easily mounted on a 10 mm diameter threaded rod secured with bolts and washers. Remember to use glue to fix the 4 blades with the 2 brackets.
You can see in the photos the theoretical diagram of the air flow ( 3 generating blades, a resistant blade without counting penetration coefficients which varies according to the direction of the blade) and the simulations carried out on SolidWorks ( I did not have Catia at the time)! The direction of the air flow on the simulation is reversed compared to the theoretical diagram!
To print the blades I had a printer that could first print a base before printing the blade on top.
Nothing prevents you from enlarging it for your needs (or reducing it).
Feel free to give your feedback so that I can correct/improve the wind turbine
3D printing settings
The blades are much easier to print with a printer that allows you to print a base first.
In addition, the blades are 100% filled for extra strength and rigidity.
