I had tried a few tray reinforcements from other creators, but I couldn't find a strong enough solution.

The hook system that you usually see to hold the bed is not static, so I opted for a counterplate with 6 M5 screws to guarantee a "flat" support on the plate.

Also, the clevis system on the ball bushing that we usually see has a tendency to slip and slide down, so I kept this system and added a hook that catches the top of the ball bushing to prevent slipping.

so I made this reinforced support.

It fits with the original bed adjustment knobs. The sections are quite thick but I wanted something robust.

WARNING:

For the original bed, there is 4mm of play left with the Z300 electric box.

For the modified bed (glass plate or other) prefer the file "Arm V2".
