cr10s v6 clone mount (oem z height)

Cr10, Cr10s (and others with same hotend assembly) small v6 clone mount.

The idea was to make small v6 clone mount and keep as close to the oem z nozzle height and x location.

It has a sliding base lock to secure it against the hotend carriage and oem fixing points.

The base ring part of the mount was done separately to print easier and to save material. Once printed it glues to the base after that it mounts to the carriage with stock screws. v6 slots in and other ring part screws with m3 screws. Base ring has slots for m3 nuts. Please use washers (the parts might break without washers if over tightened.

Base lock slides from the right side and keeps assembly tight against the carriage.

tolerances are gaps for interlocking parts are 0.1-0.2mm.

In my case that was too much but i printed in annealing pla. after annealing it was perfect tight fit.

Once everything is fit the mount is rock solid.

Y axis limit switch has to be moved 10mm forward (just unscrew the 2 screws move it forward 10 mm and screw it in place again) and the nozzle is in the centre again as it was with stock setup.

Also this mount should have enought clearance to be able to swap v6 heater block with volcano heater block.

I also did adjustable fan mounts for v6 and volcano that i'm going to upload soon.

There is a picture that shows how it was organized in the slicer for printing.

Base mounts with old m3 hotend screws. v6 hotend mounts with m3 screw at least 16mm lenght (i think i used longer).

3D printing settings

printable in 0.2 layer height.

I'm going to upload a picture with the orientation for the parts on the print bed.

Use concentric supports.

Fourth picture shows how it was organized in the slicer for printing.
