3D model description
Here is a model of adjustable protective visor that does not use a rubber band.
A knob at the back allows you to tighten the set with enough force to hold the visor, you can even run with it !
The assembly can be done entirely without screws, however I have provided a small screw to hold the wheel, but it holds well without.
Of course it's a model that requires a little more printing time but not much more, the strips are very thin, I use a hair dryer to bend them more easily, the same to crimp the A4 plastic sheet.

Attention it is absolutely necessary to print the wheel in 0.2mm maxi otherwise it will not work...
