A replacement Covertec-style button for M4 screw with lens-head (flat base, round top). I usually use Allen (hex) screw.
It consists of two parts that snap-in together. While the top part is always the same, there are several options for the bottom part:
Original flat-bottom style
Curved bottom for hilts of diameters Ø33, Ø34 Ø35, Ø36, Ø37, Ø38, Ø39 and Ø40 mm
Print in PLA for smoother finish
There are thin membranes on both parts above the drill holes, so no support is required (I use Slic3r). Use a 4mm drill bit to puncture the membranes after the printing.
Before printing you should perform the Part Fitting calibration

Puncture the bridging membranes with a 4 mm drill bit
