3D model description

This is a chip fan intended to go into a desktop router style machine. The concept is it should push fit on from the back of the collet nut and you should have space remaining to use your collet wrench(es).

This one is a touch more expensive than usual because I will customise the file to suit your collet nut. Just send me a message and I'll work with you to get the dimensions setup right for your specific collet nut.

Before you buy please make sure you have the necessary tools to make good measurements if you need me to customise the part. At a minimum a good callipers (and knowledge to use) or better still a micrometer.

Current compatability
- ER16M (Mafell) (22.025mm ID 10mm High)

3D printing settings

0.1mm layers (or thinner if your machine supports). 100% infill. 0.4mm nozzle.

Im using it in PLA currently.
