3D model description
It's a lockable Dagoma box hatch.
It is in addition to the shutter kit of the box to have a better management of the temperature during printing.

List of items:
Hatch (version 1 for old generation cabinet) 1 piece
(version 2 for new generation housing) 1 ex
eccentric (1 ex)
clip plate (1 ex)
long pene (2 e.g. V1 or V2, not the same length)
short bolt (2 e.g. V1 or V2, not the same length)
connecting rod (4 ex)
you'll also need a simple rubber band to get the pence recall.
The prints are made in 0.20mm for the trapdoor and the clip plate.
Printing is done in 0.15mm for the other elements.
for assembly, nothing could be simpler, just look at the exploded and assemble as such.
WARNING: the V2 flap is more than 290mm wide, so it is impossible to print it with a machine that does not have a 300x300mm minimum platen.
if you don't have a large enough tray, you can print it in 2 parts. (trapdoor V2 part 1 & 2)
The two parts fit together. A few drops of cyano glue will fix the whole thing definitively.
EDIT : the hatch 2 required some finishing depending on the type of machine. A margin of 1mm has been added for an easier installation!
EDIT 2 : addition of a version of the eccentric for key option, and of the forcing key.
EDIT 3: Thanks to Rey for modifying the V2 hatch in 2 parts and for his pictures to illustrate the final result. :)
