3D model description
I developed this project to connect the Bosch planer (mod.PHO 16-82) to the 40 mm spiral hose (32 mm internal) of the vacuum cleaner, to vacuum the sawdust that normally invades the whole house
At one end you will find a seat with internal left-hand pitch thread for pipe with an external diameter (38-40 mm), while at the opposite end there is a conical seat with an internal diameter varying from 39 to 40 mm which is coupled to the socket ( both on the right and on the left side) present on the planer .
The model in the photo is printed in PETG with a vertical scan of 0.3 mm.
It doesn't have the silky look of PLA, but I guarantee it is indestructible.
In addition to the STL file, I also attach the GCODE files for both PETG and PLA .
3D printing settings
PETG, with 0.3 mm layers, bed temperature 70 °C and extruder at 240 °C.
PLA, with with 0.3 mm layers, bed temperature 60 °C and extruder at 200 °C.
All GCODE files are for the Ender 3 pro printer, and were generated with the Prusaslicer code.
The attached STLs can be used with any 3D printer
