3D model description

Storing small parts requires appropriate boxes. The world of model making regularly uses small parts of a few millimetres in size that need to be assembled patiently.

For example, medium sized parts used in HO locomotive assemblies, or parts useful in model aircraft. But also to store plastic and brass scraps from kit assemblies that can be kept for later use.

The external dimensions of this box are 50 mm long by 35 mm deep by 20 mm high.

The game used is suitable for the PLA and allows you to close and open the box without forcing.

The compartments are removable.

3D printing settings

I printed the parts with Colorfabb PLA, 100% fill at 60 mm/sec. speed. The temperature is 220°C for the nozzle.

Recommended wall thickness: 3.

The box is optimized for a 0.4 mm nozzle.
