3D model description

It consists of 4 blocks of wide drawers (1 per level), assembled in the four directions. They are joined by means of a hallen head screw (5) and hexagonal nut. There is also a screw and nut to cover unused external holes.

By using the minimum of filament and a design that gives priority to strength, functionality and aesthetics, a set of blocks with drawers of high quality and durability is achieved.

The blocks are available in sizes 10cm high, 10cm deep and widths 5, 10, 15 and 20 cm. The drawers are common to other blocks, existing with or without separator. On the front there is a viewer to accommodate the contents label. The drawer panel is housed inside the block and only the handle is exposed to the outside.

All blocks can be fixed to the wall at the bottom, where the upper part of the block has a reinforced material that allows drilling holes as required.

The sides are reinforced creating an integrated structure that increases its strength and the drawers have trays where to move smoothly, the stop prevents the drawer from coming out by itself.

The anchor nuts fix two blocks to be joined and the screw firmly reinforces the joint between blocks, not being necessary to cover all the junction points.

A minimum of 3 walls and 35% in print density are recommended.

3D printing settings

A minimum of 3 walls and 35% print density is recommended. Drawers are easy to print and do not need supports. For the images shown, print at 0.20 and 0.30 layer height on drawers and frames respectively (you can print without problems with layer heights 0.08 to 0.30 and 0.40 nozzle).
