3D model description

Use this jig with a 1.5 inch deep socket hole saw to cut perfect inside coped corners on 3/4 inch quarter round molding.

Jig can be mounted on a larger board or bench for better stability.

3D printing settings

Use 25% infill, minimal or no supports. Coarse layers are fine.

For best durability use a high temp filament (ABS), and lubricate hole saw by rubbing dry bar soap on its outer diameter. (or just print another)
