Designed for schrader valves, it can be mounted on a bike or a car equipped with these valves.

Its height is 3cm and its width at the balls is 1.5cm.

3D printing settings

I recommend using a strong plastic (PLA type) with little shrinkage to screw the cap on without difficulty.

Place the cap vertically for printing.

Do not change the scale of the model (unless you encounter a problem with the screw pitch when mounting, then slightly increase the overall scale of the model)

Filling: 18%.

Printing speed: normal (if you find any defects, decrease the speed)

Adhesion plate: YES (especially if you are printing the model in ABS or other material prone to warping)

For information I printed the cap in ABS and it fits well on the valve but I don't recommend this material.
