3D model description

Full Set of Zodiac Tealight Covers with Signs, symbols and simplified constellations

Now in version 1.2 (all in Zodiac_v12.zip file)

  • smoothed walls of base model
  • now there is no holes in Symbols, it will print easier
  • Symbols and Signs are changed a little. Looks better

Do not be influenced by the Creation Quality votes. I got one '1 star' from a user pretty soon after uploading the first files. I never got any complaining about this models and you can always test it (on one free model set) before you buy it.

Full set is with 5 (6 in ver 1.2) additional models

  • all symbols - 12 in 2 rows with crab or lobster as Cancer
  • all signs
  • all constelations
  • 'original' without any signs or other things)

'Original' is with a romboidal holes pattern (as on photos).
'Mix' is with sign, symbol ('picture') and constellation on one model

Each sign is in one zip file containing 5 models (Cancer is in 8 versions as it is with lobster or crab)
Ver 1.2 is with every model in one zip file

Tested with tealight on PLA prints. No deformations were noticed (nor in walls nor in bottom) but there can be some if you will use bigger and fatter candles - be advised

3D printing settings

First layer is best looking when set to 'concentric' pattern.

Set print to 3 walls, no infill needed.

No supports are needed but you may need little more cooling on some models.

It looks good with 0.2mm layer hight but as it is for decoration I reccomend to use a better resolution.

Models are made for 0.4mm nozzle.
It's a single wall width on light blue parts on renders

Always check your model in slicer in layer view as there are parts with just one wall (yellow color in renders, holes are white). It should not happen (models were tested) but if you will have more holes in view than shown in models you will need to change line width to little smaller (like 0.39 instead of 0.4).
