3D model description

Not really sure what you are going to use it for but here is what I have used it for so far.
I have used it to lable equipment and cables, fix Zipper tab on my backpack, and tag miscellaneous items with different colors.

Other uses could be:
Labling keys, putting it on your luggage as an ID tag, Lock-Out-Tag-Out, tamper evident seals, ....

I want to know what you use it for.

Demensions: 4H, 38.5L, 10W (mm)

3D printing settings

For easy post processing, print each side seperate at .3 mm layers. There is no infil required for these generally unless you scale it up.

  1. From lid, remove small amount of material from the insides of both posts. There is generallly extra material that builds up in this area.

  2. Use a single strand of 24 AWG insulated wire (standard telco wire or CATV/CAT6) of about 8 inches in lenght. Follow diagram shown to "wire up" the box. Leaving wire slightly loose inside the box.

  3. Attach lid and use pliers to ensure lid sits flush inside of the box.

  4. Pull the wire remaining outside of the box snug.

  5. Snip excess wire.
