3D model description

Visually intricate 3D printed vases designed for FDM printers.

Printed on-demand in any colour available on the market.
Development of a product by 3D printing. Result of continuous development and study of desktop 3D printing by FDM (FFF) technology. Development trying to improve shape construction according to technology to achieve optimal printing time while preserving designer idea and without need for support.

It should be printed with a bigger layer height because it looks great. Actually, I'm using the appearance of layering to support or complement of the actual design.

No fancy to print it yourself? Have it printed a delivered to your doorstep in a nice packaging: https://martin.zampach.com/shop

3D printing settings

an industrial designer studied Glass Art at the Secondary Art School in Luhačovice. In 2006 he graduated from the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where he studied Industrial Design, both in the Czech Republic. He also studied Product Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland.

In the past, Martin has focused his work on glass design, as well as trophies for various clients. His lifestyle collections are playfully inspired by Czech temperament and dialects. He was always interested in new technologies and several years ago he started to study 3D printing methods for prototyping as well as for production – as the result, WAVE, SPIRAL and ZIGZAG vase collections were born.
