3D model description

The old cover was very dirty and the plastics were breaking apard so I needed a new one. Since a new exhaust was installed I tried to adapt its design.

It is designed to fit in pipes with an inner diameter of 100 mm.

3D printing settings

The pipe and the cover have to be glued together and can be fixed within the exhaust pipe using silicone.

You will need a mosquito net which has to be glued on the frame. It is a very tight fit and may be warped but at least there won't be any gaps.

Pinted the fist 18 mm of the cover using a resolution of 0.25 mm and the last 2 mm using a resolution of 0.15 mm.
