I created this pump for my home heating system. From the heater itself and from the exhaust comes a small amount of kondensate. It simply drops into a small reservoir. Inside the reservoir I place the pump. When the level of kondensate reaches a certain level, the motor gets switched on by the float, and pumps out the water.
You will need a 550size electric motor,8mm shaft, a 22x8mm ball bearing, a cherry db2 switch,a 3mm threaded shaft and a seal to finish it.
By bending the 3mm threaded wire, you can adjust the switching point.
