Pill container and medication dispenser with mechanical stops capable of holding two weeks' worth of pills.
Each slot is clearly marked with a weekday, making it easy to see if you have taken your daily pills. There is also one extra slot marked "!" for special circumstances such as pain relief, heart- or allergy medicine.
The dispenser has a simple but efficient two-function turn mechanism, which prevents you from turning the lid in the wrong direction, and will snap the lid in position for every day with an audible "click". This effect can be adjusted with the center bolt; If you have very weak hands, loosening the bolt will make the lid easier to turn. If you are travelling, slightly tightening the bolt will prevent it from accidentally turning in your bag.
The lid forms a lip around the container edges to prevent light from interfering with light-sensitive medicines - for those I also recommend printing with a high infill to block as much light as possible.
The grip-friendly shape of both the container and the lid makes it easy to turn, even with weak hands. The rounded flower seed shaped slots prevent pills from getting stuck in the corners.
Only 90mm wide including the lid, but still capable of holding more than 130 medium-sized (9x5mm) pills.
Uses a single 20mm (excluding head) M5 bolt, a matching nut (regular or locking) and a 10mm washer (optional). In the photos I'm using a socket head bolt, but I've designed the opening large enough to use wider head bolts as well.

Fixed a problem with the top part - The center pillar was a tiny bit too wide and needed to be sanded down. This version eliminates that need, as well as refining the outer rim.

Added an optional plug can be used to fully lock the lid in place (useful when traveling) and will also prevent dust from entering.
Designed to be printed completely without supports.
Before tightening the bolt, make sure all touching surfaces are smooth and free of blobs. You should be able to spin the lid freely without hardly any sideways friction.
The brown prints in the photos were made with WoodPLA with a 0.1mm layer height, using 75% infill at 40mm/s.
The white prints in the photos were made with regular PLA with a 0.1mm layer height using 50% infill at 30mm/s
