Glue together using silicone or other flexible, sealing adhesive.
For convenience of assembly I have embossed the positions of each piece onto the inside surface.
EDIT: I recently added "Version 2 Assembled" for people with larger printers who might be able to make it in one go... it has drainage doles in the base, as well as holes in the roof crest front and back for hanging the thing up.
