Base element is printed in PLA, infill approx. 25%, shell 2 perimeters, top/bottom 3-4 layers.
Lampshade is printed with transparent PETG infill only (without shell/top/bottom). You can play around with the infill in Cura, Slic3r or Simplify 3d to get what you want. The coarse fabric in the picture is made with Slic3r 20% honeycomb. Fine fabric for instance is made in Cura 20% lines.
Layer height 0.2 for the shade is sufficient. No support needed. If your printer can handle it, you can print the shade's infill at 80-90 mm/s.
