I printed all parts separately. With a textured metal bed you can achieve that rugged look. Don't forget to flip your stl 180 degrees if you want to do the same.

They include enough tolerance to allow for easy assemble. Very minor cleaning might be necessary for a good fit, especially if your printer produces blobs, zits or elephant foot.

All was set on a cork circle with self-adhesive. You can glue to normal cork, felt, or whatever you like, as well as scaling to whatever size you like.
