3D model description

This magnetic clip is meant to show how you can easily include technical components, such as magnets, RFID chips or sensors inside a 3D printed part.

For that, you must leave a cavity in the 3D file meant to receive the magnet. Make the whole slightly bigger than the magnet (0.25mm tolerance).

In Z-Suite, create a Z-Pause just before the the extruder starts closing the gap. When pausing, slide the magnets in the cavities and unpause the machine for it to finish.

For this object, ou should use 2X Strong magnets of 15mm in diameter and 3mm in thickness!

Enjoy this little trick!
