Koppel Laptop Stand
3D model description
A series of connectors which can be used to create interior objects, such as a laptop stand or bookend. Koppel is designed and optimised for 3D printing, taking print time, material use and post-processing time into account.
3D printing settings
To make this object, you also need a 17 x 17 x 1500 mm wooden beam and glue that's suited for both materials. I've had good experiences with construction glue.
For print settings I recommend using a 0.2 mm layer height, 100 % infill and no supports. If you have problems with adhesion, you can use a brim. For filament I advise using PETG, ABS/ASA or another strong filament.
Before printing all parts, check if the wooden beam fits snug inside the connector! When assembling the laptop stand, use glue to fixate the beams inside the connectors.
The print time is ± 7.5 hours when printing all parts together. The amount of filament used is ± 55 grams including a brim.
